I am not big on numbers, but each banana is approx 15 net carbs. There are 3 bananas per recipe. The almond flour has 6 grams per 1/4 cup. There are 2 cups per recipe. The one tablespoon of maple syrup has 13 grams of carbs. Everything else is fat and protein. Hope that helps :)
